Made up of 60% Beechworth and 40% Yarra Valley grown Syrah, 40% whole bunch for 2 weeks, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 7 months. Designed to be enjoyed without being cellared. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal add sulphites.
